So, I exchanged a car with car first and that was an entirely different story with its own story. The car that I was selling the price was given much below than the market and the car that I bought, it was told a lie to me that I'm the 3rd owner, however in actual I was the fourth owner.
Today is Monday, 21 March, 2022. I am being mismanaged since last week. I went to their center for my car inspection where my car was ruthlessly check with screeches and was told that I'll get a quote by next day. 2 days passed and on the 3rd day when I called and yelled at the call center then my call was transferred to Quality department. The woman apologized me big time and suggested that their representative shall come at my given location at Saturday (last week). The representative came and then AGAIN they misled that I'll get a call the same day for the quote (i.e. Saturday). There was no call and today (i.e. Monday morning) when I called and yelled to transfer my call to Quality Department, it was transferred. It was AGAIN (3RD TIME) misled that I shall get a quote by today's day end. And today is day end and they are completely vanished.
My travel was scheduled today (i.e. Monday, 21 March, 2022) but for some reason it is delayed. Point here is, the expectation that I'm dealing with a company, rather than an individual to avoid any hassles and getting a quote, is all useless. Had there been my travel as per plan, I would have my car unsold and I had to travel.
