is this the stuff that requires an air line and it foams up and you then inject into the intake manifold?
yes removes carbon build up. is it any good will work on smaller engines.
I cannot say about this, the only two products I use for such jobs are MOPAR combustion chamber cleaner and GM upper engine cleaner, both are very potent and powerful. They do an excellent job of literally dissolving hard carbon.
