ahsan...... Please read the heading of this post. Its REVO FAN CLUB. Meaning, people who are ON THE SIDE OF REVO, no matter what.

Secondly, We all love Pakistan, and in real World, PAKISTAN IS A 3rd world Nation. This fact is also well known by each and every Pakistani. The only countries in DEVELOPED World or 1st World are. US, The Western Europe, and Far East, Japan and Korea.

This categorization was evolved during the COLD War, read your History. The Second World countries or Socialist block were of Eastern Europe, Soviet Union, now The Russian Federation.

Countries such as CHINA, Malaysia, Thailand, although alot more developed than Pakistan, are STILL PART OF 3rd World. This is a tough fact. Not to make fun of anyone, I am not here for that, its just a matter of fact, we are the people of 3rd world, this can only change, if we make Pakistan an Industrial Nation, MAKE and SUPPORT OUR OWN CARS. Buy Pakistani Clothes, Shoes, Household Goods, Cars, Motorbikes etc. If we are ever to change the status of Pakistan from one of the Poorest 3rd world countries with highest rate of illiteracy rate to that of like Korea and Japan.

Please do PAY ATTENTION IN YOUR HISTORY CLASS, you may learn something. We are unfortunately a 3rd world nation still after 60 years of Independence. We all would like it to be developed one day. And ADAM MOTORS is playing its due part in Making Pakistan an industrialized FIRST WORLD NATION. Talk alone does not do a diddly squat, REAL WORLD ACTION, makes a difference. This is the main fact I Support Revo VERBALLY. Adam Motors is a hope for a better 1st World Pakistan tomorrow, provided WE ALL SUPPORT IT and other Car makers that will make Cars MADE IN PAKISTAN Tomorrow and afterwards Insha-Allah.

Please don't get disappointed. Actually, members of this forum are so much in love with Pakistan and Revo(lution) (me included) that they cannot listen to about any bad remarks about Revo.
I know it is not the right way. As one must listen to other's remarks and indeed one must be so open hearted to accepts some facts. But it is and it always been the high dedication and love which bring about changes in nation.

Ahsan, I think you are much practical than most of us as you are the one who will be purchasing Revo in near future (In Sha Allah).

You have so many valid points, as it is a lively marketing fact, to give better thing than existing one, in order to fetch the sales.
And I can understand that it is your love with Pakistan and our own Pakistani Revo that you want every thing in this car so that in order to see the Revo at top of all Cars available in Pakistan.
Ahsan, you just believe in me that every thing we want in Revo as standard as well as an option will be available in near future In Sha Allah. Just give Adam Motors time to be able to give exactly what we want.

Just visit a showroom and have a look at Revo yourself. The beige interior looks very good in 1050 cc Revo.
I have owned Daihatsu Cuore for 2 years (just have sold it). And believe in me I am not going to buy it again (Although it is a good car) because it also does not worth the price we pay for it. There are so many things which went faulty in cuore in those two years and the most I felt after keeping cuore is that I must have some better car than cuore, specially the sitting space should be more. The engine should be powerful enough to give me better airconditioning in hotter days and the Car must have stronger Body (cuore has the thinnest body of all available in Pakistan. You can make it dented just by pressing it with you hands)
All of my questions are answered by "Revo". It is the only Car in the Market which is an answer to any middle class to upper lower class needs.

I had the same points in my mind as you have. But I have fallen in love with Revo only when I heard that it is Pakistani effort.
Also after seeing and sitting in it I found it much better than mehran, Alto and even Santro.
The Santro CNG (GV) is for Rs.609,000/- and revo is Rs. 160,000/- cheaper at Rs.449,000/-
So price to worth ratio in Revo is much higher in Revo.
But I will suggest to everyone who can afford Santro than go for it.
Revo is for those who want or can only afford a 1000cc efi engined, larger spaced stronger car at price of 800cc car.

I have experienced emailing to Suzuki, Honda, Toyota and they hardly reply to your emails (they only reply if you want to buy their product)
But it is my personal experience that Adam Motor People and even their CEO hismself reply to our e-mails.
And they do take our suggestions seriously as customers feedback.
As told by asif_irshad bhai they are going to make some interior changes and In Sha Allah they will also change the meters design soon.

The idea of having different engines is a global fact in order to offer same product to different classes of customers (I think)

The toyota vitz/Yaris is available in1000cc, 1300cc and 1500cc, as well as four wheel drive version in the same body.
Tata Indica is available in 1405cc Indica V2 Petrol as well as 1405 cc Indica Turbo Diesel Models.

i can tell an incident which happened with one of my uncles who is in the army:
There was a deal to be struck for maintenance of Tanks purchased from china. Pakistani army people made a comprehencive list of 29 points to prove that these tanks are junk and need a lot of maintenance, and bottom line was to degrade the chinese and their effort of making a tank (Pakistanis are specialists in making anyone feel like that) Chinese people listened carefully to everything and in the end appreciated the feedback and concluded bys aying
"If u guys know this much and can point out such refinements, why dont u make a tank of your own"

Now please dont twist anything, my intention is to stress on the mroal, not on china, or Army or anything.

Now when someone has thought of making a car of our own.
Dont u guys think its a big acheivement to even think of producing an indigenous car. That makes u different from majority here in Pakistan who are doing criticism of all sorts without looking at anything positive.

Revo is not a dream now, its alive, its selling and selling well. Its pride of Pakistan. we have proven a lot of things to the world by bringing it to reality, but sadly our own Pakistani brothers are showering there blessings in the form of criticism for sriticism on it.
If u dont like it, dont buy it, its your right but dont criticise just for the heck of it.
There is a way to communicate the bad points as well. Our lines here should never lose that sense of pride of producing our own car.

Hello Everybody. This is my first post on the Revo Fan Club. I am happy to hear and see so many revo lovers and enthusiasts. Good to know we have so many patriotic people. Many question was that Now many of you have said that you will buy revo and stuff and i have also seen many on the road now. SO please add your cars to members rides as there is only 1 Adam Revo there. I would like to see some pics in different colors and any mods you guyz have made.

Ahsan when I said you have openion about everything, I ment that though your points were vaild, still you need a practical. Waise I agree with both of you.

I have been through some of your posts and found that either you criticise Revo too much or get patroitic more than needed.

In fact Revo is made to be car for the middle class, which would like to spend its hard earned money very cautiously. There are many aspects which comes in between making Revo a peoples car.

First of all, it has to compete with a lot of imported cars, which definitely score better in quality aspect since Car parts made in Japan, korea and even China would be better than those made in Pakistan ( Since Pakistan's auto industry is relatevely new and smaller than these countries ).
Then due to little import duties the foreign made cars are in better position than as they are in India or other place ( In India import duty on imported goods has always been many times higher than Pakistan, making the local manufacturers looking for local parts and need to resort to developing their own technology ).

Then there are not big companies really serious to make cars in large numbers to achieve economy of scale.

Then the Pakistani public, which is addicted to imported stuff and not anyway ready to accept anything labelled desi.

Adam motors has shown great deal of courage to go single handedly in making Pakistan's first indigenous car with whatever resources, technology and material they had.
IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO HAVE SOMETHING THAN HAVING NOTHING and Adam motors have done Pakistani people proud.

Do not compare Indian companies and their cars with Pakistani cars coz there is a big difference in the conditions here and there. Car makers are in much better position here due to a large market, availability of cheap raw materials, Govt support and above all due to the big names like TATAs Birlas, Mahindras etc people trust the company and not its product in the first place. TATA Indica had 50 or more critical problems initially. But all these were rectified within the first year of launch and people preferred to wait for the improvements and better versions, making the company come up with the expectations.

We expect atleast, Rich and well to do households in Pakistan to buy Revo not for its charm but to support their first car. This will indeed set an example for the common people and also provide much needed money and time to Adam Motors to come up with improvements and better products in future.

the car is wow strong, body is like 3 times thicker then of mehran, interior is cool , inside view seems like vitz .. because i have been in both ...
smooth, cute injen, power windows/stearing ... only gear was very very very hard
