Revo is our Jaan, Revo is our Pehchaan. Just imagine, when the Revo would be driven on foreign roads, it will be a Symbol of Pakistan, just like Toyota, Honda, Suzuki are a prominent Symbol of Japan's success, all over the world. A true matter of pride for all the Japanese citizens when they go abroad and see their toyotas and Hondas and Suzukis all over the world.

This can happen for Pakistan as well, when we Pakistanis go to Saudi Arabia, UAE, even U.K and USA and see Adam REVO on the foreign streets, imagine how much pride we Pakistanis would feel, and also the respect the foreigner will give us, when they themselves would be driving in our Pakistani Made Adam Revo. It would be much better than how they are treating us all, right now, as 3rd class, cheap laborers in Middle East, and mainly Cab drivers and restaurant workers in UK and USA.

This is why I am so crazy about All Made in Pakistan Car. It brings well earned respect for all the citizens of a country where a car is made.

It will be a long road for us all, but we need to support it now, its a journey well worth it, to support our own Automaker, and ultimately, it will bring alot of good jobs and good name for many Pakistanis.

Good to hear from you nossee bhai, but I would respectfully differ on the last statement. Not all are Panday Manjanay walay, that go outside of Pakistan. Infact, many are professional degree holder, in USA. Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Businessmen. Ph. D. and many Post graduate level Computer Science Degree holders. I just got emotional in my last reply.

In US, where I live, I see whole Pakistani Communities, Local Islamic Centers, that are run by Pakistani Medical Doctors, where every member of that Local Islamic Community being either an Engineer or Medical doctor or other professional Degree Holder, working at good post, earning a very handsome 6 digit salary, and living in Multi-Million Dollar Homes, where local Whitemen come and cut their grass and local Whitewomen or hispanics serve as household cleaning maids for them.

Some have private Helicopters, Private Airplanes, Private Long Yachts, etc. But those are exceptions not the norm.

The point is, the more educated you are, the more money you make, and Professional Education /=Money, in the key Respect earner in this part of the world, where More Education=More Money.

If you got the professional education/Greenbacks(dinero), you'll see people line-up and be at your service. Your country of origin does not matter. In USA, its mostly about level of education. You are paid fairly for your level of effort.

Yes there are some bad apples here too, the cheating and racism does go on here at rampant rate, but you are also rewarded for your hard work and efforts.

So, all is not bad, many are living alot better here.

Mein NOT ALL likhna bhool gya. But mostly the intial jobs are like that and then they move to those levels. The percentage of those is few or a little bit higher. But I don't think it's bad. The bread and butter is one's fortune and one has to search for it.

Thing is that brilliant people of PAKISTAN are leaving or already left just because of reasons that they are not getting rewards etc etc and now others follow their footsteps. Everyone is almost crazy to leave his/her own country no matter what. Just leave, earn some dollars, sterling by any means.

People must go for higher/better studies but it's their moral duty to come back and serve their own country.

Very good point nossee bhai. The main reason people are not going back to Pakistan are the News they see and hear about Pakistan in Western Media. When they live in US, or UK, the Life becomes too easy for them here.

Everything is automated here. Your bills are paid online, your cars are automatic, your houses are energy efficient, centrally air-conditioned. Yes, those are also available in Pakistan, but the COST is not affordable, even for Doctors living in USA that make $100,000+ a year.

A Decent House in F-Sector in Islamabad (Comparable to Houses in America) is now going for 5 to 6 Crores, that is almost 1 Million US Dollars. Very high, even by the American Standard. In America you can buy similar House with swimming pool and all the amenities, for Half the Price, $500,000+.

In America, the streets are clean. The garbage is picked up routinely. There is no noise pollution. Everyone abides by the laws, the traffic flows smoothly. Everyone drives here like they are Schoolkids, going to classes, after attending the morning assembly.

So well-behaved, indicating before changing the traffic lane. ALWAYS stopping for the traffic signal.

These little things, when Pakistanis, mainly professionals, do visit back home, the first thing they see is Traffic Condition, the smell in the air, from the garbage that municipality did not pick up.

I was at the Lahore Airport, very beautiful building. It was all Airconditioned, but as soon as the Main Exit doors opened, the strong Garbage Smell almost made me faint. It was later found out the local Municipality had not picked up garbage in the nearby locality.

So, little things like that, local municipality not picking up garbage on time, and traffic mismanagement, along with Rediculously high prices for good Houses in Paksitan, coupled with lack of good jobs, is forcing many expatriates to stay outside.

Maybe, Hopefully, things would get better.

aap nay sab kuch theek likha hay per hamain phir bhi PAKISTAN say pyar hay aur rahay ga.

mein kuch areas per disagree karon ga. Expats ko US, UK say itna compare kerna aur itna jaldee karna kuch theek nahi hay. PAKISTAN ko tu azad hoay abhi almost 60 yrs hoay hain aur wo kab say aik independent countries hain. aur size and resources bhi way way ahead hain. China ka tu itna budget nahi ho ga jitna US walay R&D per kharch kertay hain (just for example).

Agar app Islamabad rahay hain tu phir aap dekh saktey hain k is system mein bhi Islamabad (Pakistan) nay development kee hay. wo alag baat hay k chotee cities ignored rahi hain aur rahin gain jab tak system theek nahi ho ga.

Property kee price mein bhi kuch foreign expats ka haath hay. They paid for those high prices and few businessmen, again foreign expats, saw this oppurtunity and pumped in a lot of money. They purchased huge lands on cheap prices and sold those on higher to others. The interest rate was dropped for this reason. Now, a salaried person cannot even think of purchasing or even renting (some places) a house in Islamabad even if they are earning more than 50K p.m. Lots and lots of problems, u name it and they r there.

Now, who is going to fix this. Are we waiting some foreign aid to get these fixed also. PAKISTANIS have to do it. Do at least some small thing but don't just say that the traffic is not disciplined, the garbage is not collected. Every one should do it's part and one day, if not we, our next generations will find it organized.

In short, there is no comparison with those foreign countries.

You are right, there is no competition between Pakistan and US or UK. Those are far too advance. Its a fact. But even if we look around in Asia, countries such as Malaysia, which got its independence in 1950s, after us, has made tremendous progress. Why, mainly because of STEADY and stable governments and their policies. Malaysia has been following 5 year plans, steadily, no matter which government came. And now they are at their 9th or 10th 5 year Development plan. The goal for all of Malaysians is to make Malaysia a fully Developed, first world, High tech. based country by 2020. They are well on their way.

The Patronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur were the Tallest Towers in the World, till last year, when Taiwan beat their record by constructing Taipei 101 tower.

So, this is how progressive countries are competiting with eachother, Beating each other in technology Race, by building Taller Towers, making their own Cars, buying their own country's goods, etc.

This is why Supporting REVO, whether verbally or financially, is so important. Support, support, support, however possible, by words or money, you own country's products, over imports. In Pakistan, reverse is true, everyone is running after the imports and making fun of Pakistani made products with so much enthusiasm. How can we compete with Malaysia, taiwan, Thailand, etc. who are crazy about supporting their own country's products and hence making those products better, day by day, by providing those companies much needed local support and money.

This is where we need to focus. Support our own country's products, if we ever are to make it developed, one day. Insha-Allah, it will happen, but with our support, from each and everyone of us, where ever we live.

The news of Export of 60 REVO to Bangladesh is exciting, but what worries me is that Adam has been unable to cope with increasing demand in Pakistani market and I have reports of OWN on REVO upto 30,000 Rs. So Adam needs to increase the production rate, can anyone of you confirm the current production rate/day in view of the advertisement by Adam of capacity enhancement. Also I think Adam should also explore the Sri Lanka market. These markets will be good opportunity for Adam to increase volumes, better the quality, improve designs and go for richer markets like Gulf countries.

Government is not some different thing, its composed of people of Pakistan, talking about a stable government ???
First we vote for a guy that destroy's Pakistan .. then he comes back to Pakistan and stands in election again .. I am sure we are going to vote for him/her again.
Now someone stands up and is doing something .. we are criticising him like we are doing to revo... even educated people do so .. I am a pakistani and dont want to say this but, I am sure this country will remain the same.
Only people who want to improve thier life will improve as they are doing it now. Increase in prices dont bother many many people because they just put affort in increasing their earnings.
Prices of things have always increased and they will increase in future too. This increment has never stopped and most probably will never stop. Try to cope with things and situations.
Adam is something we are doing for the first time internationally known. We just need more people like this to come up ...

Hopefully, our people have learned a lesson and will have become wiser, by not electing this Nawaz Thief guy again or the Benz Bibi, both are criminals, that have looted the public and done nothing notable in the country.

Motorway was too expensive, (lots of commision went into that government's pockets), that much money could have been spent on building much needed, cheaper roads, and Electric Dams.

Bibi is the bigger criminal. She not only did nothing, but also involved her Husband in the government to take commisions and bribes on Army Procurement deals, and many other deals, where the commision money went into Mr. 10%'s :)pockets.

No offense to anyone who still believes they did good.

this Power Package, Powerwindows, Power Steering, powerlocks, and their car
cost well into 5 Lakh.

So, this Power Option, will really make Revo Stand Out, and all this can be
done with just a little bit of effort, but would pay off a lot in the end,
as the car would be more attractive compared to Chery QQ, and the likes.

Well if thats the case that we want something better than why should one buy the Revo? It isnt the best car now is it ? (speaking by facts not by emotion ... so please dont start saying Revo is the best!)

Datz kay apnay alfaz thay ... Talk means diddly dang ... or something along the lines of that.

All he does is talk ... so ... he basically aint doing ANYTHING for this country.

Atleast I live here, buy stuff from locals and thus help them earn a living. Not that I earn myself ... im a student ... but still, I am atleast doing something by living here.
