Rich Air Fuel Mixture Nissan GA15

I have Nissan Sunny 1992 and engine is GA15 DOHC 16 valve with OBD1 ECM, 1st I am not able to find any car scanner in KHI to scan my ECM and read codes issue is black soot in exhaust and throttle body also rough idle along with oil coming in breathe in pipe which goes to air intake, when I brake engine stalls or turn off at times this happens only when cold after getting warm engine stalling and rough idle issue goes away but consuming more fuel also can smell petrol from exhaust pipe

Check ignition timing by timing gun.
And check if iacv works or not. Remove the connector of iacv aka autochoke. If removing connector drops the idle rpm it shows its working. But if it doesn't either it's not wired properly or either it's not working properly.
