What will be the better choice while going from Islamabad to Muzaffarabad? From Murree / Kohala or from Abbotabad / Mansehra / Garhi Habibullah? I heard that in the last year's floods, some portion of road from Muzaffarabad to Garhi Habibullah washed out. Has that been rebuilt and how safe is the road to drive on?

ofcorse from muree kohala side. that other side will be like in opposite direction
this is the worst part on the road to muzaffarabad from murree.

Road from GarhiHabibullah to Muzaffarabad is the worst road that that I saw during my visit to Naran / Kashmir in 2nd week of June. Road is badly damaged and at certain places reconstruction is under process. In my view Naran road is much better than this.
Thanks for the very useful feedback everyone. Based on the feedback, I took the Islamabad - Kohala - Muzaffarabad road and apart from a couple of short patches, it was excellent for most part.
Loved the scenic route and journey took about 3.5 hours.
