Road conditions to Kutton / Jagran Valley?

Anyone visited kutton / Jagran recently, plz tell about the road conditions? I heard its very steap and narrow with curvy bends. Is it safe to drive there? I got Suzuki Cultus. So far i drove uptill Upper Neelum and Sharda in Neelum valley twice. The road to upper Neelum is very steap but no idea about Jagran.

Car can go till Kutton where the Jagran rest house is situation but you need to hire Jeep to visit Jagran valley. if you have driven up to upper neelum so you can manage driving to Kutton as well..

Did anyone guide about road condition to keil. Can santro go to keil easily?

It can go but it won't be happy as the road is practically non existent. Moreover in rainy season its not safe so better hire a jeep from sharda.
