Roll Cage build?

salaam all
im wanna get a roll cage built for my 95 civic as im only interested in handlin n safety.
i dont want it for looks.
so pls i need ur suggestions on it n where 2get it built from n also any issues i will face ib gettin it built n costs thanks

can help you if you can get the dimensions and bolt on points then it will be even more easy, i have seen kiani sab making roll cage for nissan patrol and land cruiser but they are external.

You will probably have to fabricate it as I doubt bolton roll cages will be availible

Remember three things about roll cages

1. They have to be made with sturdy and thick gauged pipes with smooth bends(no crushed bends)

2. Every possible stress point has to be triangulated with supporting pipes.

3. Use and find the existing chassis support points to give the sturucture a good base

And finally no cutting corners these things are designed for safety and structural rigidity so
FUNCTIONALITY> your comfort and ease in getting in and out of the car.

thanks for the info man really appreciate it i hav dimensions for a fia approved one but thats makes things a bit 2difficult wit comfort but yeah it has 2be fabricated here i have pic of sum1 havin one ill post it up

last but not the least, a helmet should always be used with a roll cage, if one is not used, than it can give more harm than good.

i think helmet is no necessary if roll cadge is on rear side....you can cover them and drive around.......

its better not to use the rear seats

a foam can be used 2cover the bars ive seen alot of designs but im more interested in the one where u can detach the rear passengers cross bar ive seen it on the trd vitz roll cage ill post sum pics up
