Rpm does not go beyond 3000

salam..

my car runs fine on cng and petrol.. however the car simply wont attain higher rpms like 3000 beyond without creating exceptionally loud roar! rather scary roars as if the engine is about to explode...

car is carby model 2000, perfectly and carefully maintained all through.. spark plugs changed, filters changed countless no of times but no help..

pick is very good, mileage is more than perfect but that scary loud roar never seems to be going away...

plus the car does not go beyond 115 on petrol, n 110 on cng with or without AC..

r u sure nothing is blocking the air intake or exhaust of the car

well it is posted under CULTUS i suppose

well exhaust has got muffler and intake is blocked for cng.. but even if i remove the intake blockage nothing substantial happens concerning my question..
