RPM drops Fan Blower slows with AC On, City 16

Hello , I have city 2016 driven 18k.
Everthing was working perfectly till few days ago.
However noticed some thing odd.
On idle after tripping, when AC gets on again, the Fan blower speed reduces for like a millisecond along with RPMs drop to like 600 or 700 for same millisecond. The blower sound getting low or high can be felt quite easily. AC Cooling is still strong though.

AC Filter, Air filter has been replaced a 2 weeks ago but the problem is still there even after replacing filters.

Car acceleration is also good. Fuel average has been decreased from 14 to 12.3 ( which is understandable since ac is being used all the time)

For RPM other threads suggest throttle body cleaning. Is my problem also relateable to Throttle cleaning or I am having some issue,

i will clean it on 40k
cooling is absolutely fine.
Idle speed is constant but as i said before, when ac gets on after tripping. Rpm drop for milisecond and so does fan blower.

warr gai dealership ki maintainance. they are the biggest chawwls.
warranty me claim ki try ki filmen chala k tarkha diya when in the initial 1000km.ussi din smj aa gai k they are only interested in selling not in claiming warrenty

city sales lahore.
apni problem leke fort, gateway b gya. bunch of liars all were
hacpl me b mail kiya. no response

1. engine oil. liqui moly 8000km interval.
   2.oil filter 8k geniune
   3.air filter geniune 8k
   4.battery tonic 8k too. however check after a month.
2. tuning k gya tha. dealership said no tuning till 40k.both fort and sales.
   6 7 8 will be done on 20k.
   9.already doing

are you sure this blower thing is normal for city. haven't seen in till last summer.

This is very normal, almost every car does that. My 1.3 Yaris also does the same. Perhaps battery thoriiiii si weak ho gai hogi, but no issue. it's perfectly normal.
