I HAVE CLEANED THE THROTTLE BODY HUNDREDS OF TIME AS MY CAR IS UNDERPOWERED AND NOW THESE DAYS RPM IS ALSO FLUCTUATING ON VERY COLD START(3 AM EVERY NIGHT). SOME TIMS WHEN IT STARTS AND U LOOK AT THE RPM IT GOES DOWN TO ZERO AND CAME TO 1100(DURING THIS VERY SECOND NOTHING HAPPENS TO ENGINE ITS JUST A QUICK ZERO BACK TO 1100) AFTER THAT WHEN THE CAR STARTS MOVING THE RPM SUDDENLY BANGS UP TO 2000 EVEN ON TURNING STEERING SOME TIME IT GOES VERY HIGH..... THE TB WAS CHANGED 2 YEARS AGO AND CLEAN REGULARLY FIXING THE PROBLEM TEMPO......................THE WORST PART IS THE ACCELERATOR PEDEAL IS HARD AND SOME TIMES SOFT.......ALSO FOLLOWING THING HAS BEEN DONE TO BRING CAR TO LIFE............INJECTORS CHANGED,COILS CHANGED,CLUTCH DONE,PUMP FILTER CHANGED THIRCE.................I HAVE NOTICED WHEN MY CARS ACCEL PEDAL IS SOFT CAR IS MUCH RUNNING BETTER.........IT IS ALWAYS SHOWING SOME SIGNS OF MISSING IN LOW GEARS AND SOMETIMES START GIVING HEAVY JERKS.......THERE IS DELAYED RESPONSE FLOORING THE ACCEL CAR EITHER JERKS OR TAKE 2-3 SECS TO RESPOND IT IS ALWAYS UNDERPOWERED
what model is it? which variant is it? whats the odo meter reading

its a civic, because this is in the civic section
pedal is hard, sometime soft,
it means your throttle body is jamming at times and working ok at others, maybe accelerator cable, or the throttle position sensor / wiring

its an exi manual 04..........i have done everything i could have to bring acceleration to satisfactory level............who in rawalpindi can fix the issue with the help of gauges and gadgets not with desi way...odo is 145 but i m having this issue since it was nearly 100k.......cng was removed couple of years ago.... idle is rough engie sort of take peridic minor jerks on idle.......on sudden pushing the accelerator car might jerk a bit nd then accelerate
does changing the pcv valve will bring positivety?
maybe, its best to change it any way.

Change throttle cable with new and genuine one.Check fuel filter as well.
