Get your car's IAC valve(Autochoke) cleaned rpms issue will be resolved and for jerking and engine turnoff you need to get it properly tuned on CNG remember you can onlye enjoy one fuel at time because Cng has high octane rating thus requires too less of air to be burned so needs restrictions at intake side just after air filter.
