RPM Issue

Hello pak wheelers....
I have a problem with my cultus vxr 2007....
Whenever i start my car it's rpm goes too heigh 3-4...
when after 1 to 2 mints comes on 1rpm car gives too many vibration...everthing startes vibrating like gear,dashboard,steering...
please give me a honest suggestion,what is the issue and how i overcome it
