RPM stuck around at 2000 RPM, accelerator dont work

I have 1.3 2005 model baleno, running on patrol. issue is that the car running in normal after running some more then 10 km running (approximately). the RPM stuck at around 2000 RPM no effect on speed and RPM by pressing race. after decreasing gear RPM and speed sudden drop. NO engine stop on neutral.

Mechanic checked, throtle body, fuel filter, fuel pump, plug etc but problem not resolved. experts advice needed, please

I faced same issue in my cultus efi on cng. Went till Mars and Pluto but noone could resolve the issue. Atlast i disconnected company's own wiring and installed aftermarket wiring on cng. Car is perfect since then

I once had a similar problem with Toyota Corolla Gli 2013. The RPM did not go up beyond 2000. There was some fuse which blown up. Replacing the fuse solved the problem.
