From where i can find the rubber for my Honda Civic 99-00 EK sunroof as its starting to get hard and i can see it cracking now. how much would i cost?

The genuine rubber seal was never a separate part as per the parts vendor. It came along with the glass. I was not able to find it for 6th, 7th and 8th gen civic anywhere.
