Running (Break-in) guidelines for Yamaha YB 100 Royle after Overhaul

Hello Everyone, My father own a Yamaha YB 100 Royle (2 Stroke) and we had it's engine overhauled. It wasn't a complete overhaul but a semi overhaul. The job included changing the Cylinder (Got a genuine DYL one Luckily) a STD Sized (0 Wala ) Piston (Tomcat Japanese) and replacing clutch plates, clutch housing, and engine gasket. So after Overhaul my mechanic suggested to Break-in the motorcycle like ride 800-900 kms alone without any back passenger, putting oil in fuel tank while refueling, not to exceed speed above 40 km/h. If you guys could help in this regard.

2stroke engines really need break-in period as they heats more and specially when rebuild from our 'kharadias". Newly installed parts need time to become smooth and polish that's what called break-in period.
Now engines are manufacture by highly efficient machines so they are in almost already to go state.....which means No long break-in period required.
