Its sold at large car paint supply shops, you wont find it in chakk islamabad, you need to visit a real city.

If you need it just for a wheel arch or two, or touch up small areas then it's fine. Otherwise this single spray can wont suffice for the undercoat and buying multiple cans will get out of budget. It's better to buy the 3M product. I have seen it being sold in quarter size can at paint shops in Karachi. It has to be applied with a pneumatic spray gun so better have a painter do it.

Call them they have 2 types. The low quantity was sold out. They have the bigger bottle
