Rust on Frame(chassis) Land Cruiser 100

Salam All,
How bad is rust on the frame please see photos. Any idea if this can be repaired, if yes , what is best way to repair.
Vehicle is land cruiser 2001 model.

Welcome to toyota rust issues.

Put some converter on it and dont get diesel wali service on the chassis.

Xulfiqar saab, i cannot agree more with you. My vehicle is only used rarely for some light off road travel and i am usually not around to take care of it.
My people here do not listen that diesel service is worst thing you can do to a vehicle. I personally pressure washed it yesterday and saw this damage.

Need your advise on below.

1. What converter do you suggest to use which is available in Pakistan.
2. I was planning to get the undercarriage repainted.
3. How bad is this there is no other damage on frame. The rust is on critical part of LC so i don’t want local ustad to repair and bend the chassis or something.
4. I have some good memories with the vehicle and do not want to sell it.
   On a different note i am also planning to get the injector nizzlr changed so suggest some shop in Karachi.

After some screw driver surgery, now i can see the real damage. I don’t think any rust converter will work here. This looks like a need for some cutting and welding.

Grind it out. And cut weld new pieces.
Before welding paint the back surface with zinc rich primer.

you need a good denter for this job, it will need some new metal to be patched in.

I would use a wire brush on a drill machine, to clean out the old rust till i reach clean metal
