I went to Atlas Honda showroom some day's earlier i was surprised to see brand new bike's in the showroom having rust issue's....
Really the quality of Honda is declining very fast.... And the paint quality on the frame is even pathetic...

If we compare the rust king Suzuki GS 150 as some people say on Pakwheels about that.. That is having much better quality than these shitty Hondas now a days...

@engr.omersharif in Karachi i guess people use coconut oil on these things to protect them from rust.

Don't know why they are doing this as sales are still on the TOP even with a lot of competition......
There should be done something against the AHL......Now Limit exceeded.

People should boycott purchasing their bike's. Even Chonda's have better chrome quality.

That's the problem people are no willing to boycott I'm not saying to anyone even my friends still love's shity Honda there brain's are freez only looking in one direction like Horses wearing there hats by which they only see in one direction LOL

To be honest at the end we are just wasting our time.....i'm hope less....nothing can be done

So any solution for this rust? How to prevent new rusting and how to remove/clean old one?

Better replace the rim and colour the parts which are rusted after cleaning with wd40(or any other) or sand paper.

if you don't care of your bike than it will get rust no matter how good quality is
even over million rupees car gets rust if you don't care

i have kept all the atlas honda motorcycles and currently owning cd70 dream
i have not faced any rust issues except for some minor rust on shocks particular
areas on bike like deluxe & pridor and yes some washers and bolt did get rusty
but overall i have found quality of atlas honda very good

i keep very good care of my motorcycle regularly clean it

Rim is too much rusty and one of main reason of rust on rim is
when tire is punctured those guys after repair install wet tube
which causes rust

No it can't be possible to a perfectly coated metal to get rusted this much quickly no matter you care about it or not.
My bikes front mudgard is original since 1990 while rear one is new.Both are treated in same way and now front one is still like new and rear one is fully rusted.
It's the build quality.

Yeah same is the case...

My Taya abu own's a Yamaha Deluxe 100 (1984 Japan assembled) and its rim's (takasago) are still shiny and rust free that bike is the most neglected bike at home according to cleanliness and still its rims and mudguards and handel bar shine better than the new bike's...

I have personally kept a Honda CD70 (2012) with great care. The shine in its rims only lasted for 12 month's after that they became dull and started catching rust... From day one i used turtle chrome polish on them but the metal quality and chrome plating on those is just pathetic.

I don't believe this is a zerometer 125 deluxe. Its probably 1-2 years used with pathetic to no care at all. And the dealers selling zero meters in this condition than they are just doing fraud. Complain about them to honda. Think outside the box for once. You have to take care of your stuff.

The inside of the rim will catch rust immediately. For that apply a can spray with laqour for long life. Puncture tyres and driving in the rain will definitely no matter what, will rust your steel rims! Whether it be of cars or bikes!

I knor it's pathetic quality but not this pathetic enough. Show me some proof. Picture of the full rim also the full bike. With its manual where the bike purchasing date is written. Tha we will all believe. This image doesnot justify it
