Brake rotors are made of cast iron so they will get rusted overtime and you can't avoid it. When we apply brakes the brake surface gets cleaned. If the car sits for too long the rust will grow all over and deteriorate the rotor.
I can not see the pics but it is normal.It doesn't take too long to develop, if you wash the car and do not drive it for a day or two, the rust will appear on rotors but it is superficial. It will vanish the moment you start driving your car.
