When cleaning the Throttle Body on your Zongshen RX3 or any other bike which uses Delphi MT05 and you need to adjust the TPS, without a scan tool, do the following:-
Digital volt ammeter is required.
1- connect +ve probe to terminal 3 Key On Engine Off
2- connect -ve probe to terminal 1 KOEO
Voltage Resistance Resistance with Harness removed
IDLE 0.92 v 1220 ohms 1322 ohms
WOT 4.30 v 1390 ohms 1817 ohms
