why not? if it can be swapped in rx8.

as much as rotaries are engineering excellence they really do have a reliability issue..there is no denying it..you can go on and on about the issues with swapping 1jz/2jz/ls1 but the fact is every where in the world swaps are common place..even places where your local mazda dealership will service and rebuild your rotary for you..

and rotary tuning is a specialist skill. there are only a handful of rotary tuners in the US and Japan building big $$$ time attack cars to prove their expertise...so its not exactly fair to expect someone to be able to tune their rotary in Pakistan..

finally Baqir is probably one of the most knowledgeable people about doing the correct mechanically sound swap..his current RX7 is extreme!

Looking hot with the Volk CE28, i have the same rims in my civic. So wouldn't a SR20 be a better match with the RX7 as it'll be lighter and won't make the car so heavy from the front?

you got them in 15z ? Yes brother it will be lighter. 4G (Evo engine) is also good option for Rx7. I did not know about this 4g swap project else would have done it. but 1j makes it a mean machine

Nope i have 16's.

1jz might be quick in a straight line but handling will probably be compromised. But i guess all most people care about is how quick it is in a drag race.
