Rx8 1jzgte. I NEED SUGGESTIONS FROM EXPERTS!

Hello fellow Pakwheeler's i just joined the forum, although ive been reading them for a couple of years now, lets get to the topic and that is about a 1jzgte swapped rx8. Actually a friend of mine is selling this car it has about 10% touchup its in red colour and is Islamabad registered 2007 model 2012 import i guess, the car looks beautiful and runs pretty well engine compression is at 100%.
no work required at all. im looking forward into buying it off of him but the people ive suggested have scared me "You'll be the last owner" "phir bikaygi nai" and i know if one is buying a car which he likes he shouldnt think about the resale but in my case i need to know if this is actually true, other than that i'd like to know if 1jzgte's are reliable. I do have previous experience with a 3sgte.

Yes JZ's are reliable. A factory turbo engine is made to handle boost...with a great tunability option.

If you ask me. It's more then enough.
My friend sold RX8 10/10 original rotary 6 speed forward don't remember the variant....that car was sold for less then 11lac i think.
