I am surprised about 16~19 km/L average on a non-EFI engine with a motor volume of 2000cc.:o I use 29psi for all tyres—Another reason could be the usage of heavier tyres also 195/60-R14 Dunlop SP Sport 300. The engine is very good and there is another story behind it. Would love to share it with you if you accept my invitation of breaking bread together:). Maybe with your suggestion someday I will achieve this average

Your research and knowledge on lubricants is marvellous—I am thankful as it has added to my existing little knowledge. Is there any way you can share the manual with me. The images are unreadable.

The oil requirement is 4.5 litres. Once my mechanic poured 5 litres by mistake and the oil level on dip stick raised way too much than the standard mark. Half litre of oil was drained to level it and the mechanic used the drained oil in his 70cc motorcycle :D. The oil change in Lahore took place after driving approximately 2,600kms.

Well! RZ, I think your average was way to much for 2C, I would get with my 2D Saloon (2003) about 16KM (with AC on highway) on a very hot day. The engine was a bit weak as well (compression 70%)

Have you had your injectors (atomizers) nozzles cleaned lately? You are supposed to do it between 20K to 30K intervals and try ZIC engine oil, its quite good.

The atomizers in my car are regularly serviced / replaced.

Your recommendation about ZIC engine oil is noted. However what assurance do we have about authenticity of a product, which is marketed in our country through independent distributors. There are so many players selling properly packaged counterfeit products.

The authenticity of PSO Deo 8000 is that we get it from company operated pumps only.

Now we have left the Khanewal~Lahore Road and turned left from Kachcha Khoo to take this route: Kachcha khoo~Abdul Hakim Cantonment~Peer mahal~Toba Tek Singh~Faisalabad~ Motorway~Islamabad

The land was beautiful, all green and we enjoyed driving through this single road without having any Motorway Police

It was a real driving challenge in terms of vehicles especially Toyota Hiace mini-vans coming from opposite directions, right in front of your face. The Toyota Hiace drivers, I feel, after reaching 5th gear just let go of brake and clutch usage and depend entirely on steering and horn for the rest of the procedure.:D. The mini-vans on your own track overtake you from any direction-- no matter how close to road edge you are.:o I am thankful to them for not trying to overtake me from up or lower side of my vehicle :). I tolerated this for 20~30 minutes and then started behaving the same thing they were doing with me.

The other culprit on such roads are the tractor trolleys especially the one with sugarcane 'overloaded' on them. They drive with their own mood, in a very chill way, covering nearly 80% of the entire road width and usually don't bother to give way if someone 'requests' for any such favour.

See this kid hanging with sugarcane in order to pull it. He is not aware of circumstances if he falls in front of a following vehicle. Similar 'sugarcane pulling' activities were witnessed with cyclists in action.
