Safe plot investment in 30-40 lack?

Bahria Enclave is more near as compared to Bahria Town. 1 kanal plot is of 14 million and its price rises very quickly as it was of 9.5 million only a few months back. If you want to go for installments then down payment is 2 million and rest in 1 year quarterly installments. Smaller size plots are also available but dont know the price of those.

Its 47550 per tolla and risen yesterday by 50 rs after dropping a whopping 2300 rs the day earlier.

that wud be 24k. i was talking about 22k gold, which is used for jewelry. so that u can either keep it as investment (in form of bricks or whatever its called) or convert into jewelry.
