I have a budget of 3.0 M PKR which i can stretch till 4.0 M PKR. What are the best places to buy a plot of 10 / 8 marla. the intention is toa. buy a plot which has good return for investmentb. which can be used for construction of house in 5 years time?

Isn't it better to buy more plots instead ov spending on construction? Reselling a house can turn into a hurdle at times.

not in bahria town atleast! here people buy homes like cars! property alone is also v good and safe! i bought a plot in 2011 of 10M in ph 8 sector D and now its for 48 lacs

buy flats in dha isb. its alghurair giga project ! infrnt of world trade center studio apartment will cost u around 20 lacs. downpayment is arount 5 lacs n quaterly installment is one lac only.

I think G-14 G-13 Islamabad would be better place for investment as the rates have gone sky high in these 3-4 years. But exactly you cannot get 10M plot but i think 6M or 7M but if you want to get 10M then try Bani Gala or Chak Shahzad side.
Prices in Bani Gala are stagnant since more than half a decade. Plus, there is a segment ov people which finds it overcrowded.
