Sir i am not saying its bad to make money from fines or its shouldn't be like that. i was just saying there are too many rules which expats usually dont follow unintentionally and end up paying fines for nothing. like here in Pakistan its not our habit of wearing seat belt even not while driving and in UAE both front occupants have to wear it and its mandatory but what about the one who is new in UAE and forgot to wear it and end up paying 200 aed. i support there should be hefty fines for breaking rules but sometimes people get ticket or fine without knowing they are breaking the rule.

Perhaps, they should announce the rules to new visitors in a better, however I have a basic question. Why do people spit their paan in Pakistan, however this behaviour changes abroad?

Still the fault remains with the one comiting those acts ... when you go to a foreign country it is your duty to be aware of their rules and regulations...I repeat .. IT'S YOUR DUTY.

They expect us to be informed and abide by those rules that is why they let you enter in the first place.

Yes they dont spit paan like they do in Pakistan, i think you dont get my point i was trying to say people unintentionally break rules and end up paying fines. like when i was in UAE i didn't know there is two classes in metro one is gold class and the other is for normal users. so the point is people think they are following rules but sometimes they unintentionally break one and caught doing it without knowing they are breaking the rule. hope now you got it what i am trying to say.

Sorry I am not picking on you here, but if one saw Gold class and normal class, a normal mind would definitely gather there is a difference in the 2, and I should be careful and perhaps check with someone. If someone knows enough to use the Metro system, and does not notice the Gold class, then I dont have any words to add here.

Anyways, lets finish this topic here, and get back to the marvellous Dubai

Yes I just got one couple of days back. 620 Aed to be precise. Speed limit was 80km/hr, Allowable 100km/hr. I was driving 101km/hr

Dont allow children below 14 to sit in front seat. Its also not allowed, specially babies.

When i was new in Dubai i unintentionally was standing in the ladies compartment in Metro. A shurta (police lady) was there at that time. She requested me politely to stand on the other side of the line without giving any fine.

2 times i have been caught by CID guys, they verify identity and leave you

Scrap Yard. Restaurant. Real Estate. Bussines are Good or in Low Budget if you have driving liecense you can Buy and sale cars in lil Profit !!

I understand that on 120 sign, 139 is allowed speed limit.

80 speed limit roads are allowed 20 kmph Exceding for OVERTAKE if OVERTAKE is not allow on the road you can't exced !!

Acceleration Higher is Not Good Not only Car make high Noise and fuel efficacy (AVG) Gets low i acctually never prefer to speed more the Speed limited Better to be safe then Sorry !!
