yes. low wud be yellow.
double point hids are expensive. dont have them either
i got SLIM ballast hid kit as well

city ka spoiler has a place for monogram. im not sure if tht would fit.
but 2011 corolla ka spoiler fit ho jata hai. ive seen it on a dolphin.
