Sale Certificate Issue

I own a Car Now Pak Suzuki Wagon R. It was given me through my Company Policy on 1/3 ratio on 5 years of Installment. During the five years, Car was on Company's name. Every matter was deal by the company. Now it has transferred on my name after five years, and further every thing I have to deal on my own.
Now IT HAS AN ISSUE.
There are two Sales Certificates (Same no Difference) and 2 Two Sales Invoice (Same no Difference), But one Sales Certificate is missing. I talked to my Company and they told me that it was missing from the Start from ShowRoom end.
Now the transfer has made successfully.
My Question is will it effect in future if I wish to sale my Car??? Should I asked the ShowRoom/Pak Suzuki for the duplicate Certificate. Most of the people saying it doesn't matter. One Sale Certificate is enough.

No issue at all, just forget it. I also had three cars from company which i sold afterwards in the market and never ever faced any issue. If car is transfered already to your name then you already have all necessary documents.
