Sales Certificate and Invoices Copies

Salam.
While Checking the Return File of Locally Manufactured vehicles it can easily be noticed that.

some files contains one Original Invoice and One Original Sales Certificate.

while some files contains two original Invoices and two Original Sales Certificates.

what is the logic behind this scenerio ?

Plz check again. You have one copy of invoice for registration and one copy of invoice for verification. The same is for sale certificate. Both copies are required for flling new registration number.

You are right.
i am talking about old cars 90 to 99, where verification copies does not exists.
