My 2008 accord's battery terminal gets deposited with greenish salt, battery is AC Delco maintenance, what could be the reason?
Brother do you have an amplifier installed? If yes than I guess it increases the chances of happening again sooner. If not then it doesn't come back that quick due to the fact that terminals which are not greased usually get carbon deposits on them. With the grease it remains lubricated and all the dust sticks it and not affecting the terminal. But still you should keep an eye and simply clean with a tooth brush or rinse it with some water as I do
I had the same with my battery.. The honda guy poured hot water on the terminal and salts vanished.. then he dried the terminal and applied some grease on it..
They do the same but it reappears

How old is your battery? It could be a sign of a leak.
I had same issue in one month old Grande and took it to dealership as free battery and heater check campaign was in progress. They also poured hot water on terminals which washed away all the deposits and then they applied grease on terminals.
Before
After
That looks a very good trick to wash out the deposits.
