I have witnessed many instances of seeing license plate numbers of cars and when i look it up on MTMIS , that car would be booked for entirely different company and model . e.g. The number i saw on a city was registered for alto,the one on corolla registered for sportage . Is this a case of fraud that i witnessed or could it be , somehow , defect of system , or can two cars have SAME license plate number?
