Same Prado, 5 ads, different prices

Asking prices are 27 million, 26 million, 25.5 million, 25 million, and 24.5 million for same Prado in 5 different ads with different phone numbers.

I contacted the 24.5 million guy for location and he sent me map pin for a house in nabipura. It looked like an unusual location for a fresh import Prado, so I didn't go.

Then I discovered other ads for same vehicle. And my suspicion was correct. Something is wrong here.

BTW, nabipura looks like small locality/colony within mughlapura, so nothing wrong with it.

Maybe different persons of same family selling the car, more hooks can catch more fish, nothing wrong with it either.

different people will have diffrerent phone numbers.

Common practice among investors, solicit same property, many hands, whoever sells first gets the cut.

at 44 am living in Sheffield, UK with Dual Citizenship. I left in search of greener pastures from my androon lahore home in Pakistan at 23. with passport in hand crossed into iran then into iraq thereafter reaching UK is another story.

since 20 years did the struggling and established myself , all along elevated my whole kunba of immediate and related people from androon lahore to better newly developed locality of nabipur, at 4 marla 3 homes.

established my cousins & brothers out there with shops and choice of businesses.

in 2021 my cousin gave me idea to GIFT premium suv which they can make GOOD profit.
Thats' the Prado you are talking about , now 3 cousins are pitching it for sale.

am sure nabipura is a mediocre locality of lahore still under development not a slum infested with DOn's like mirzapur of lahore. ?

Add another cousin to the list , I found another ad of same vehicle, updated the post. I have never been to that area, so not sure what to expect. Maybe you're right.

seller might perceive that his car is high in demand and will be firm on the watever he is asking, rather he will be considering to raise the price as so many people are looking to buy the car so he might think that by mistake he has put a lower price tag on it!
