Mujtaba sahab, The Santa FE is a crossover. Please dont call it SUV. Yes for marketing reason SUV and crossover words has become mingled up. I believe you are talking about Uni-body when you say "monocoque body structure".
Body styles has made things confusing but if you are calling a Santa FE a real SUV, you are extremely wrong. All authentic off road vehicles or vehicles with off road capabilities are body on frame and not uni-body. Using platform of car and body style of SUV resulted in the word crossover as its a X betwen a car basis and body style of SUV.
SUV word was born historically for vehicles with body on frame. In recent years or I would say in last decade or so, because of popularity , car companies started using their existing car platforms for these utility vehicles. CRV, Pilot, Ford Explorer, and many others a the examples. These multi purpose vehicles technically are crossovers because they use car platform or share a platform which is used by car as well as SUV like in case of VW MQB , or TNGA for Toyota which is basis of not only Prius and Corolla but also RAV4. Yes for marketing and to distinguish them car companies started using word SUV.. By the way BMW dont even use word SUV for their X models .. they call it SAV.. sports activity vehicles. Just for your kind info so that you understand how this word SUV has been used currently.
Marketing of such vehicles has started calling everything with such styling a SUV.. I mean Hyundai even call that small crossover Kona a SUV..
Additionally, Santa FE like many crossovers [except Subaru's] is front wheel drive and only a certain percentage of torque is sent to rear wheel or wheels when its needed. In normal condition it's a FWD vehicle.
I have a question, you mean
G class in NOT a SUV or real SUV ?
Toyota Land Cruiser / Lexus LX is NOT or real SUV ?
Jeep Wrangler is NOT a SUV or real SUV?
Nissan Armada is NOT a SUV or real SUV?
Yes all above are NOT SUV because you are selling a Santa FE, which you call a real SUV. I request and suggest kindly research a lit bit more on this topic.
