Santro Club CNG ISSUE!

I am mainly facing two issues in my santro with factory fitted cng. I recently bought it. its acceleration is good on cng but the mileage i was getting was not satisfactory. I have long travel of about 60kms every day and the mileage was about 120kms. due to which it is necessary for me to go on petrol half way or wake up at 5:45.

Firstly the cng cylinder gets filled for about 450-470 on empty. what i noticed on further fillings that about 30 pressure is always there in the cylinder.

Secondly it was not getting good mileage on petrol either upon checking i found that the air inlet was almost 70% blocked (by tape) when i removed the tape petrol mileage got pretty good. but converting it back got the mileage to 80kms in one filling please help me on these issues.

One thing is that its a factory fitted Cng and Efi Why Does it also needs Air Blockage?

gauge not working fine + remove tape(koi pagal tha jis ne tape laga k tuning ki), get air filter 100% perfect fit, zero air leakage, get complete scanning n tuning you ll get double the mileage, im getting 255 km on long 200+ km in city without ac. mine is 2004 exec gv

The thing with gauge is that it shows about 200 when filled. the filling station gauge also shows this much pressure in the cylinder

the Wire you have highlighted is put by me bcz the air filter holder was leaking a lot of air in.

Although I am replying too late but this post may help someone else. The solution for this problem is normally air filter box does not fit correctly with air filter inside so firstly you need to change air filter box cover with a good quality air filter inside, furthermore also check outside air intake boxes if someone is leaked etc. It is compulsory to check all air intake pipes if someone is leaked at any point that should be replaced as well for perfect mileage and pick on cng.
