Santro CNG missing issue, is due to the Advancer unit?

Hello,

I bought a used Santro GV 07 model, last month. It had some many issues, I fixed those one by one. The last but not least, CNG missing issue. On CNG car runs with very low power, no pick, it does the missing. For that I visited the Santro Service Centre "Sajjad Motors, jail road".

CNG Mechnic changed its all plug wires, current unit and the filter box and did some CNG related tuning. In a few days, I faced the same issue, I took car to the workshop again and then they said CNG Advancer is not installed.

Any one ever faced the similar issue and that was due the Advancer unit?

What is the Advancer role?

From where I can get Advancer in economical rate?

The function of advancer is to advance the ignition timing for proper burning of air fuel mixture when vehicle operated on cng.

I had this issue as well. Get an advancer installed from any good cng mechanic and u r good to go.

Finally, I have installed the advancer today, spent many bucks on related issues due to the (not having) advancer. Let's see what happen now with the advancer. It cost me 3500 for the used one, could not get the new one, even from their showroom.
