Im facing problem with my 2006 santro my radiator fan is running late . It runs near red area and no mec and elec finding any soloution i changed the tempreture gauged still its the same now mec is saying your thermostat valve is faulty should i change that? Or its the wiring issue? Can anyone help?
thermostat switch changed ?
First it was not working at all Electrition cleaned the tempreture swtich after that its start working but lateI said to him changed the switch when he changed with new still the same issue fan turn on very late the water inside the bottle boilsFew days back mechanic opened the gear box And he take out everything expect the engine He opened to changed the cluth plate and bearing After that im facing the issue Electrition said your thermostat valve is not working I said ok when mec check he said there is no thermostat valve i said hows that possible there was Now there is one possiblity while repairing gear box he did take out everything radiotr too maybe he left thermostat valve because of that im facing this issue Mechanic said again theres issue with gasket Now tomorrow hes gonna check gasket because he said theres pressure building up in radiotr If gasket is fine too Then i will say to mec put new thermostat valve and lets see if the issue resolve.Wiring is fine there is no issue with wiring
remove thermostat valve and keep it direct for few days and check if your car cooling circuit is working ok. I am suspecting a over heating issue with your car.

if switch is changed and fine and fan still not kicking in on timecan be due to low coolant level or air in the system
Sir gasket was faulty but not that much so he changed .The main issue is of wiring Its time consuimg so electriction mostly say its fine Tbh sir inke nakhre hoty hai specially here in jhelumYesterday the issue was not resolve so meri mechanic se behas hogae.He did something to gripSo the fan was running 3 sec late but was working fineI told him ke you and electrition are just giving me Goli aur kch nahe .Filhal its working a little late but guzara.Maybe chaging the grip will solve the whole issue lets hope for the best
3 second late? If you are looking at cluster temperature gauge you cannot be sure about time and temperature. Did you installed oem switch?
