Santro Fuel Average problem

Asalam o Alikum
I have santro exec 2006, its fuel average is going so worse, almost 5km per liter. When i went to mechanic he asked me to change the fuel pump as he said the return line of fuel pump is not working. I have changed the fuel pump moreover he cleaned the plugs. Still i had the same fuel average, then i went to another mechanic and he asked me to change the map sensor, i also changed it but still faced the same problem then he asked me to change the ECM (computer). I also spent a large amount to change it but the problem was same as before. Now he is asking me to change the fuel injectors, but i didn't yet changed them because i am so much spoiled by this worst period which wasted my money and time. Kindly someone guide me what should i do. One more thing, i live in Gujrat where it is hard to get parts and a good mechanic. I forgot to tell exhaust is also making black smoke too

When exhaust emit black smoke then its clear indication that vehicle is running on rich fuel mixture which means ECM is providing more petrol than normal to the combustion chanber. The most common cause if this problem is your engine is running cold and ECM tries to provide rich fuel mixture to achieve operating temperature for engine. Just check if the T state valve is present in your vehicle and also make sure the fan is auto. if this does not solve your problem try to get your car scanned from computer and see for any error code there might be some sensor which is providing false reading to the ECM that is causing rich fuel mixture. check the sensors :coolant temperature sensor, Idle air control sensor, IAT sensor(this is MAP sensor itself in santro) , throttle position sensor in last if your RPMs are not stable.

No dear, it is same as before that's why i am disappointed and not using my car anymore.

Try reset ECU, switch on petrol mode then turn off your car. Disconnect battery negative terminal for 30 secs and then reconnect it. After resetting your car ECU run your car on petrol only for few days and note the milage hope it gives you better fuel average.
