Santro fuel Avrge on both cng and petrol

Hi Guys i have a santro 2004 model with company fitted cng i have a well maintain car each and everything is in excellent condition but i have a Avrge issue on both cng or petrol.In petrol it will give me 8Km in per litr and on cng too in city.Please can anyone guide me or help that what is the issue why it is giving me too bad Avrge?

8Km per liter is city mileage n on Highway its give me 15 to 17km in per litr

I have Hyundai Santro 2006 Exec, some one guide me a technical person in Karachi for Maintenance, actually full cylinder CNG tank Car give only 70 Km, also give 5 to 6 Km Per liter on petrol.

Some one advise me that, change the engine wiring some joint are placed in the wiring, kindly advise where i change its wiring also tuning of this car.

Bhai is ka pgm(buterfly bhee kahtay han usay)wo clean karao.tapet adjust karo.plug check karo.and achay wala use karo.baqe choke clean karo.
