Hello There,, if anyone knows.. I have a problem that, My Fan Automatically ON & Off when temperature increased. Its mean ECT sensor is working. But Gauge in the Meter is not moving . sometimes it works for months and sometime Needle stay still.

I've been having this problem with my Santro Club . The problem is that when I drive my car for a while (10-15 minutes or more), then turn it off, and then try to turn it back on, it won't start. You can hear the engine move slightly, but it won't start. If I wait for like 20-25 minutes and then start it again, it will start without any problem.

Thats the problem of Heat Sensor (ECT Sensor) , near plug cables. check the wiring of the spark plugs, may be a wire of that sensors connector is damaged. pin number 2 (Green wire) is for heat gauge.

I am here to ask you some questions. please help

1: My santro club front left tyre is slightly ahead of its position, near to bumper while the right tyres is okay. can it be adjusted and slide back a little by an alignment workshop. or its the job of a mechanic.

2: after how much KMs the tappet should be adjusted.

3: I have exchanged AC compressor with toyota duet, the AC mechanic has installed a metal bracket to support the new duet compressor, which now slightly lowered than the original, for that reason the AC belt has also changed and slightly bigger in diameter than the previous belt. now the problem is when it is raining the pulley attached to the compressor is producing weird noise for 2, 3 days for dry operation after rain is over, then it completely vanishes. is it the compressor pulley or bearing problem or the belt is lower near to the ground and soaking in rain water. please guide

4: how much it cost to install front break hubs with break caliper and without it. kabli or new? what you suggest.

5: there is a water protection metal cover behind break hubs mine one side is missing can it be found easily new or kabli? and cost if you know.

6: during raining my oil check light glow for some time and some time it goes off, while in normal weather it is completely okay. the oil pressure sender unit is of toyota car kabli one, not genuine santro one. Is it some wiring issue or oil pressure sender issue? in normal weather it is completely okay for even if it is not raining for several months.

Santro Exec 2004.

Car slid during light rain and hit the curb. Pics attached for reference seems pretty bad and I fear the mech will milk me dry - any advice on who the mech should be and cost breakdown on individual items.

Here is a summary of the work as informed by a cursory glance:

1. Back bumper slight crack and dislocated
2. Car boot not locking due to the hit from the back.
3. Front tyre w/ rim distended. Have new replacement tyres available.
4. Driver side mudguard gone.
5. Front bumper side damaged.

Required:
1. Cost of bumper repair
2. Cost of new and old tyre rim
3. Cost of mud guard
4. Cost of 'chimta' since I've been told it is something that can not be repaired (the mech said over phone)
5. Axle repairs
6. The temp never changes have an electrician look into it or will the OBD device help detect / solve it?

Aoa. my satro club 07 is reducing water. i have filled water bottle and after two days it is near to empty. i have checked but no sign of water leakage. also in 5 months time its temprature needle goes beyond the middle position.should i replace radiator or check head gasket??

when i push race it up and when release it it remains up (increase ) decreased to normal after some time 5 to 8 seconds.like during drive it envying e.g car is in 2nd gear i push race and need to push clutch for some hurdle race increased not decreased to normal. i got it checked several mechanics but still suffering. sometime when i touch electric wire ( under throttle body) it decreases i told this to mechanic but he can't understood.
please advice

Mustafa bhai the problem you are telling me can only me sort out through changing the engine wiring or if it is repairable than need to be repaired.

Bhai plz check the battery terminals it should be wash with a hot water and if there is white salt coming up the terminals ,than also need to be opend and than cleaned.Also checked that terminals are tightened fully.
if still problem continue than checked the battery and if need to be replace than replaced it

Wah Alikum Assalam Bhai

1)Idle ka kia problem hai ?
2)knocking can be easily resolve by using Hi-octane your car ,it is caused due to using of bad petrol.
3)Map can be changed when your car is throwing black smoke.
4)TP need to be changed when check light waring coming up in your meter

Sadaat bhai, meri santro 2004 oil bht ziyada consume kar rahi hae after 3000 Km engine oil dip stick Low show kar rahi hae. What could be the possible reason?

which oil you are using. Between avrge engine oil is not eant to go further then 2500KM
