Checked your Rpm sensor.
Rpm sensor needs to be cleaned or check it might taking some air or it is broked.

It happened with one of our cars, a Santro. The oil reduction was so prominent. Hyundai people asked 50 k Rs. We contacted a nearby mechanic who assured us that he will over haul the engine for 30k. We went for it and he did a very good job. He is located in Faisal town, Lahore.

Hi My Santro Plus 2002 165 k km on the meter is throwing white smoke mostly at startup and reducing engine oil .can you recommend a good mechanic to do the ring job in rawalpindi ? and any idea what is the cost ?

Its is located above the throttle.

The ring work can be completed around 8000.
If engine valve found faulty as well than 5000 is added in it

Plz always use standard size accuator sensor (RPM CONTROL) gain for proper Rpm and better mileage of your car.

If this big hole gain not working properly ,there must be a problem in your car.

I have Santro 2002 model
Few a days starting the car petrol but he was not start but I again and again self then back fire and start but m smjha it's ok koi issue nh but ab start nh hote petrol or CNG per battery new h plug new fuel pump k pressure checked ok but problem still but normally Dhaka Lago to start and k bad off kr k start kro to start ho jate h plz help mechanic saying checked on computer electrical problem kindly hell suggest

Please help regarding
1. After how much KMs tappet adjustment is necessary, and what should be the gap?
2. Which back shocks are good, Original Korean Atos, gebriel or any other
3. Door locks become loose and they make noise on rough roads, also doors are closing not much tightly. So should I change all door locks or repair old one.
4. I have aftermarket power steering in Santro club, the steering khangi is week and Mechanic said to change the whole assembly next time, while he said the current steering is not of Santro but some other car, so can we change any car's steering assembly?
5. After how much KMs copper spark plugs should be changed and which plugs are best for santro on petrol.
6. Can we change all door seals and outside plastic trims and panels? Can we find genuine in market? And how much cost.

Mechanic check say crank sensor fault
Because crank sensor give power coil and plugs
Crank sensor +Poli change charges 7000
I personally checked 2 coils give spark and two was not spark some .

Ahmed bhai hope u r fine.
meray khiyal mein ap ka mechanic ap ko ghalat guide kr raha hai.
crunk sensor ka yeah function nahe hai. Its is a problem of caim sensor or one of ur coil is shorted ,
thats it.
crunk sensor agar faulty ho toe aik coil mein bhe current nahe ata.
this problem can be sorted out in 2500 around.

Some years ago,similar issue came in my toyota & that was due to Dynmo Cutout.
