I have santro Club Gv but mileage on petrol is 10-11 after many tunings from the mechaninc whenever i ask someone theirs santro mileage they say its 16 or 17 can you please guide me what the problem is.. if you can please guide me of any specialist that can increase the mileage of santro

Dear Umair, when i got santro 2006 model I checked it with full tank and the milage was 11.33 km . This I checked many times it was 10.5 till maybe (pushing it ) to 12 km when brand new.

Maximum milage is 12, I don't know how people are getting 15-16, maybe they want to sell it hence showing good milage.

Mileage drops down because of poor electric connections of sensors .
Poor connection does not allow sensors to properly communicate with computer ,hence milage results gets very poor

I was getting around 15 without AC in local with light foot. But its something around 12.5-13 type with AC in local but again with light foot. Good figures can be achieved nothing extra ordinary. Btw m using 20W50 havoline and will be shifting to 10W40 Zic this time

Well for santro owners, parts arent much expensive. As my santro is driven by my better half, so slightest noise is to be rectified. Well one of the shocks was weak so replaced all 4. Front ones are around 9k new and rear ones around 6k. Got a new radiator for 6k. Timing belt and bearing combined 5k. Other 2 belts changed aswell. I had a small issue of blue smoke in the morning. Got compression test done and all cylinders wre working fine with 140+ compression Alhamdulillah. Got valve seals changed and that was an expensive job costing around 11k but zero smoke now Alhamdulillah. Yes car does reduce oil but that is santro's engine issue. By book it should reduce 250-350ml oil per 750 miles so m ok with it. Fuel pump changed for 3650 i think it was genuine hyundai one, the car is 2005 model ab itna kaam tau banta hai na plus it will serve well now INSHAALLAH as all parts hav been replaced by genuine parts not first copy or chinese

Plz ignore my slow response. I want to visit your shop as soon as possible. Recently i faced the generator failure. Got it replaced by kabuli. Really want to get rid of this car or get it all fixed by someone honest and experienced.

Maire pass Hyundai santro club hay Aik month se wo jatkay bahot liti hay. I Kabi 3 km baad tu kabi5 Kabi 6 tu Kabi 10 km b chal jati hay kafi mechanic ko check kara lekin set nhe hoi. Coil ' plug wire 'plug ' crank shaft sensor sub change kar chuke hen electric chock b change kar k check kar lya set nhe hoi. Koi hal btaen please.

i brought a santro plus recently, its all ok, just having missing problem in cng and petrol. Also when i turn on A/C missing will increase and puk type sound came out of the front box and engine stops. What could be the problem.

Also i have increased its rpm(Race) as A/C Mechanics suggested, but din't solve the problem. When A/C is on and car is standing on idle and if i try to accelerate (pickup) than a noise comes from engine puk and engine stops..

In my opinion that puk sound is the air filter box opening, which is causing the shut down. It could be due to various reasons. So first i would recommend get your CNG kit serviced as also suggested by @brownrose78.

Yes, puk sound comes out from air filter box your correct..

"Puk" sound is misfire causing at air filter box. If u will check inside, u will find filter lil burnt.

This misfire is very dangerous indication, try to solve it asap
