Santro. The lowest fuel consumption car in Pak?

Hyundai Santro is the only compact vehicle manufactured in pakistan to hav an EFi engine.

This results low fuel consumption.

And believe me SANTRO runs more on CNG even if u will campare it with MEHRAN.

My friend's mehran VX has company fitted 40 kg of CNG cylinder which allows his mehran to run about 100-105 kms

AND

I hav santro club GV which ha 45 kg of company fitted CNG cylinder which allows my santro to run about 115 kms with A/C & 150 with out A/C.

my coure ( 1995 ) gives 100 km in city on a 45 kg cylinder ..depending on the pressure from diff gas stations

I'm not 100% sure, but i don't think any pakwheelers have a vitz on CNG as yet.

Vitz is not good at all on CNG. You need to be very rich to keep Vitz.

Bro! Omit the word only, from your first sentence. Chevy Joy is also one of it's competitors....

Compared to Carby engines, EFi engine have better fuel economy, due the fact the only calculated required amount of fuel is injected and rest sent back to the tank for recycling. The ones whom adpoted O2 sensors are a step ahead.

Comparing two same technology will give accurate results! Although Santro has got better fuel economy (y), but still I think Joy will also be doing somewhat the same.....

Who says Vitz is bad on CNG, I personally have it on petrol but one of my friends got converted, runs extremely well and gives more than 120 KM on 50 KG cylinder. Its run more than 2000 Km now. I knw two other guyts also who are running vitz on CNG, the problems are only being faced by bad installation. Get them converted by good installers. Vitz got a high compression engine which runs well on CNG, keeping apart the other drawbacks.

I did 170km with 40kg cylinder of Chery QQ (MPFI) with partial A/C.

I mean to say that ONLY santro has EFi engine where it really shines over all the rivals.

It is the lowest consumption GAS car in PK.

And for sure it is the best deal in town.

And for Chery QQ no one is interesting to buy one because of its poor construction.
And u all know much better where QQ will sell in PK.

I have a Santro GV 2004. I take great pains to maintain it to perfection. Hence, it gives me approx 160 km with AC in city. On long route, it has gone as high as 220 km with AC.

It has a 42 L cylinder

in my reply you got the answer......... that there are cars other than santro might be having very poor construction but can do more milage /kg of GAS.

I am not attacking the excellent build 'Santro', but telling you that ....................

yeah santro rocks....i have this 2001 model with efi cng kit landi renzo with 50kg cylinder with ac in city it'll give me 120km in which i press my car a bit hard.....without ac it give around 170km but when m drivin very good without ac it'll go till 180-185km.....and when m usin with ac turned on it means ON...even in 1st gear....the acceleration is good on AC even....plus a very comfotable car....roomy for us guys..

i used to bet on my mehran. has 50 tank and it used to go 270 km on long drive and 215 almost in city. these days i didnt check it.

my mehran with a/c do 125km local n 170+km on motor way with genuine cng n cylinder of 45k but it depends a lot on from whr u fill the gas an gass pressue is how much barr....

car mileage depends on cit trafic, roads, route u follow
and ur driving style
in lahore my santro is doin 100 km with ac. it has 45kg cyl
and it cant do more as almost all santros are giving da same mileage in lahore though i drive in a moderate manner

Well i have a vitz.......does that mean i m rich. And then by wat u said i figure out that i m richer than the ppl who have range rover sports. Am i right Mr. Punch?
