SCAM: Fuel Saving Device claims to improve fuel efficiency

I came to know about a german fuel saving device being installed in carby engines, the installer claims it improves fuel efficiency upto 70-80% need since suggestions to go for it or not...
I asked about the brand etc but he did not provide it so that i can Google it ... just know its a german devices attched with petrol intake line of carby engines.
he is claiming that its installed in 1000 cc khyber and its fuel average increased from 9km/ltr to 17km/ltr
i m going to visit him today after juma prayers lets see what happens.
I m using Daihatsu Charade G-101S with stock petrol 1.0 ltr engine and currently its giving me 13km/ltr.
PS: please note that its not the magnetic device which can be installed in petrol line. I don't know how it works and really so efficient but if i am satisfied i will go it, atleast its much better that CNG/LPG. The installation charges along with the kit is 10k.

bro don't pay him anything until you test the device personally in your car...

yes he already said i can test it, he will demonstrate it by attaching a liter bottle direct with the line and drive with me untill it consumes 1 ltr petrol than show me the milage, test will be done before and after the installation to match the difference.
I need to ask to ask if someone heard or used such device??? i can share the installer number its 0300-2651626/0323-2115174 his name is suleman address is 7C near ayaz masjid Phase 2 Ext, DHA, Karachi.

saving upto 80% aaaahhh very very very hard to digest:-! , yes 10-15% make sense but dude just think do you have 80% losses in your fuel system. . . i dont know the exact functionality of this device but numbers quoted above are very much overstated. so pls do proper research before spending 10K :-#
