Very sorry for your loss.
These scratches seems deeper upto the primer coat (as can observe in picture).
If this happened with some solid material like Gali Ka Khamba or some Gamla or with other car, then observe that object closely. It must be having the base coat of your car on it.
Since you car is insured then ask them to repaint it.
Whole Bumper repaint is no issues actually. But on the body, the expert will check closely the depth of the scratch. If it the damage is only on the clear coat, then it can be fix with buffing. Otherwise that portion will be repaint too.
Well I will suggest to repaint from insurance. They will take care of it. Since your car is new and scratches are deeper, so it might possible that buffing will not be so helpful here. So better repaint both panels and your car will be looking new again.
