@Yahyujee, Please check its price before you make an offer and when you do make an offer try your best to be fair to yourself and to the seller. Market price for this is over 19K. If I sell it to the market I'll get more than what you are offering. Its around $180 or Rs15.4K unless on sale some where so do the math. If you want it for 15K do let me know.

2 TB cant run on USB 2.0 I think so it has to be external !

Well yes it is external power if thats what you mean, but it plugs into and works on your USB 2.0 input. I am currently using Seagate Free Agent 1.5TB and correct me if I am wrong, but Im pretty sure it has a transfer rate of upto 480MBps.
