you dont find burnt or destroyed cars on pakwheels as you've been doing... go look for them in the scrap yards... do some labour and then you'll find what you need...

Anyway, there's a scrapyard on the canal road, near Jinnah. There are some total loss cars and some burnt cars parked there. You may strike the deal if you visit there.
