Seeking guidance for Noori Top - Ratti Gali Lake hike

I am planning a tough hiking trip from Noori Top to Ratti Gali Lake. But I don't know where to start. So Travel Gurus, please help me. Some random questions.

1- Should we hire a jeep for Noori Top, from Naran or go to Jalkhad or Besal on public transport and get a jeep from there?
2- What will be fares in each case?
3- What is average hike time from Noori Top to Ratti Gali lake and how many lakes can be visited along the way?
4- food items on the way or should we pack from Naran ?

Your jeep travel for noori top will be start from Jalkad, you need to go further 30 minutes jeep drive in devens order. After that you need to trek for over 2 hours and you will reach Ghatian lake, night stay is sstrongly recommended here, next day after hike of almost 3 hours you will reach to Rati Gali Lake.

You need to carry your own food and tnets plus local guide is mandatory.

I was looking at two other topics from some guys who went on the same route and I came to know that they continued hike for 7-8 hours per day for 2 days, camped two nights on the way and then reached the Ratt Gali Lake.
You are saying that it is just 2-3 hours hike. I am confused.
