Selection between Honda City Aspire 1.5 CVT & BR-V

AoA guys,
I hope are all in good health.
Well as the title says I am really struggling between these 2 cars. I know, this is a strange comparison as one is Sedan and other is Cross Over(Mini SUVish).
My situation is something like. I have 5 family members(4 Adults 1 infant) and by that City is the perfect choice. But I have 2 siblings with their families abroad and they usually visit once in a year but rarely at same time. So by that BR-V is seems to be a good choice.
So I need to consider the Fuel economy of these cars and also the comfort.
I researched and find out that BR-V has cabin noise issues and also the seats are not comfortable.
I am upgrading from Mehran so both cars will be a really big upgrade

P.S: I have visited the showroom and was only able to see the Aspire City and really liked it. Planning a visit to see the BR-V but I have seen it so many times on the road etc.

I am on the same boat where you are into.

having a city 2007, which can accommodate 5 passengers easily. As my kid is growing so now one of our family member either have to drop or we have to accommodate 6 in sedan. to be in relax mood and be with whole family instead dropping a member i will definitely go for BRV. This is my need and requirement. As driving a car in city only it doesn't bother me, very rarely a long trip - thats it.

I will go for BRV 1500CC 3.7 Million else we have changan Karwan 1000 CC near about 2 million or old boy Hi-roof 800 CC near about 1.2 million (completely NO).

city is the way to go as brv has poor fuel economy compared to city
Brv hardly goes above 11 in city
city can fetch you 15-16 on the same route

This is the best way of having first-hand experience before making your final decision in selecting the car.

Let me correct you that BR-V is not a cross-over (Mini SUVish), it's basically an MPV.

So I need to consider the Fuel economy of these cars and also the comfort.

If these are your priorities, then I suggest you go for Honda City, because BR-V won't provide you the comfort as well as the better fuel economy.

The rest is your choice.

BRV feels congested even in second row if your height is around 6 and driving seat has congested feeling as well
+ Seats are not comfortable, yes you can get more seats but at what cost
For once a year thing dont compromise on comfort and go for CITY

You may find BRV seating fine if height is less than 6 but as per my experience seats are thin and not comfortable at all
