Selection of best Mattress to support spine

Dear Friends;

I am suffering problem of back pain. In this pain, the mattress on which you sleep, plays a major goal. I need some guideline to select the best mattress (spring or non-spring type) which provides proper support to spine during sleeping.
Does anyone help me out?

spring hardly provides any support for back. Best option is to buy a hard matress and you bed has to be sturdy enough so it doesn't sink in when you lie down. Mostly beds do not have sturdy support and have too much flex so even if foam is firm, the bed frame flexes.

Last year i bought molyfoam deluxe, it was marketed as good for back pain but in my personal experience, its not too great. Its fine for the price you pay but not really something for back pain.

Get an Asian Bed (Charpai) typical village stuff. tighten it to stiff level every week / 10 days. keep Round Pillow (Gao Takya) under your knee folds while sleeping along with thin pillow under your neck. Inshallah you will feel better day by day and get used to it along with relief in back pain.

i should not say this! but try to sleep on the floor no mattress or anything except the pillow required!

Sleep on charpayi which has tightened threads.

For bed Molty Ortho is highly recommended.

Charpai tightened is a good option.

No experience with spring mattress.
Moltyfoam does have firm series in spring as well. You might be able to try it on some big outlet.

I myself am using Molty Ortho since last year, and fully satisfied with it. I bought following one (in King Size) and ordered online on the official website (best option in my view, included 1000 Rs. delivery charges from Lahore to Islamabad):

I would sincerely suggest Molty Foam Brand (instead of Diamond, etc.), then Foam Mattress (instead of Spring), and those who have backache; Molty Ortho Mattress (instead of any spring Mattress, or Ortho cool gel, etc.).

In some cases, this makes it worse. You need to keep your spine in its natural position, not perfectly straight.
Also it depends if you are a side sleeper or back sleeper however if someone has back pain, i would not recommend sleeping directly on hard floor.

Exactly as @HellsGuardian said, despite having King Size Molti Ortho with me i got relief and used to that " Rangeen Charpai " from village. It cushions with the contours of spine and whole body and one wakes up totally 100% fresh. Even i tried to sleep on Molti Ortho its good, well it depends, In my case i overall feel myself fatigued some times after waking up so it doesn't suits me much but generally Ortho is the best option if one cannot manage Asian Bed aka Charpai.

To sleep on floor the best idea is to but a soft thin quilt type home made matress called " Tulai " but again during back pain it is very difficult to stand up from the floor after waking up.

Plus the cooling effect of air circulation under charpai is best in summers ! I have a molty coo gel mattress as well and its a ripoff ! Char Payee is the coolest in summers

I started to have lower back pain back in early 2018 and somehow Master celeste Eterna soft suited me well. No more pain now at all.

Thanks for your input. I purchased Alkhair 5Stars Medica mattress almost a month back which is as hard as ground. After using it, i am feeling that pain which i did feel in center of shoulders and neck has been reducing.
